Who we are
We design buildings and interiors that are good to live and work in. We take a project from the first conversation about needs, through concept and documentation, to supervision on site.
We work on houses and apartments as well as public buildings. Every project starts with the place and the people who will use it — the form comes after.
How we work
1. Conversation and quote — we learn the scope, the site and the budget, then come back with an offer and a schedule.
2. Concept — layout, massing, first visuals. This is the stage where most changes happen.
3. Design and documentation — technical solutions, materials, approvals and permits.
4. Construction — design supervision, contact with contractors, decisions on site.
Team
One person leads a project from the first conversation to the end of construction — nothing is handed between departments and nothing has to be explained twice.
We work as a small team of architects and interior designers, which keeps the number of parallel projects limited. That is deliberate: we would rather take on less and be present on site.
